VENDOR RULES AND REGULATIONS
COMMERCIAL SALES AND EXHIBITS
We would like to thank you for your Vendor participation at our International Rally. The following Rules
and Regulations are intended to benefit all Vendors.
1. Each Vendor shall be responsible for compliance with all state and local sales ordinances, i.e.,
sales permits, sales taxes, etc.
2. Each Vendor must carry his/her own property, general liability and workers compensation
insurance. BOA assumes no responsibility, nor is any Officer, National Director, or any other person
authorized to assume any responsibility or liability for any injury or property damages suffered by a
Vendor and/or their family or employees.
3. Inside booth size will be 10’ x 10’ or multiples thereof.
4. BOA reserves the right to restrict exhibits which, for any reason become objectionable to BOA. In
the event of such restrictions or eviction BOA shall not be liable for refunds.
5. There will be reasonable limits set by the Vendor Coordinator for the number of Vendors allowed
that carry the “same type of products” at BOA international Rallies.
6. Vendors shall not assign, sublet or apportion of the space assigned.
7. Outside Vendor hours are the same as Inside Vendor hours. Tow vehicles should be
disconnected and parked in designated areas, or at assigned Vendor site, space permitting.
8. The assigned shall be used only on or during designated days and times and for the exhibit(s)
specified in the Vendor Welcome Letter.
9. No selling door-to-door.
10. No selling at campsite except during Vendor hours.
11. No Vendor may remove his/her exhibit before the scheduled closing day of the Commercial Sales
Area without the consent and permission of BOA. The total booth continuity of the Rally Commercial
Sales Area will be maintained until the scheduled closing.
12. Nothing will be used to deface, or that might deface or damage any property. If so, the Vendor
will be responsible to pay for repair or restoration charges.
13. There will be no use of alcohol or tobacco products in the Vendor (or Commercial Sales) Area
during Vendor hours.
14. Pets are not allowed in the sales display areas and/or building.
15. Sale of lethal weapons is not permitted.
Failure to comply with these Rules and Regulations may result in termination of contract and eviction
from the Vendor Area without refund of fees paid.
Note: BOA reserves the right to change or modify the above items due to circumstances beyond our
control.
