MID-AMERICA BOUNDERS STANDING RULES
ADOPTED SEPTEMBER 18, 1999 – REVISED AUGUST 21, 2009
1. Mid-America members may invite a Bounder Buddy to attend a Chapter Rally
whenever space is available.
2. A Bounder Buddy is welcome to attend two (2) Chapter Rallies per calendar
year.
3. Chapter business meetings shall be limited to Mid-America members and prospective
members. Prospective members do not have voting and/or participation privileges.

4. Only Mid-America members are eligible for rally door prizes.
5. Charity (50/50) raffles are open to all rally attendees.
6. All rally attendees will pay a $2.00 per coach rally fee to the rally hosts. Extra guests
in a coach will be assessed at $1.00 per guest. Rally attendees will be responsible for any
required campground deposits and/or meal costs.
AMENDED – SEPTEMBER 2000 - $5.00 PER COACH RALLY FEE – TRIAL – ONE YEAR
AMENDED – JUNE 2004 – All rally attendees will pay a $5.00 per person (age 12 or over).
Extra guests in a coach will be responsible for any required extra costs, campground deposits
and/or meal costs.
AMENDED – MAY 16, 2008 – All rally attendees will pay a $7.50 per person (age 12 or
over). Extra guests in a coach will be responsible for any required extra costs, campground
deposits and/or meal costs.
7. Beginning Year 2000 – ALL DUES will be payable in May. New members joining after
August 1st will pay 6 months dues for the current year.
8. If dues are delinquent more than 60 days after notification, the Newsletter will not be
mailed until dues are paid in full.
9. Each rally shall be hosted by at least two couples.
